Not a bad thing, just learn to accept pauses between words. You don't need to say um constantly. The more you work on it, the easier it gets. I work in a pharmacy and on phones and we have techs who constantly say um just because the awkward silence. Just how some people giggle after every sentence. Same thing.

Alphabrain is good shit. I work construction 8-6 everyday and I am able to make solid decisions on things that would have taken me longer to decide and might not have been the right decision before taking it. Shroomtech is also pretty good if you need energy but not essential. Im on my second order of alphabrain now, I've been without it for a week and regret not ordering it ahead of time, BUT @ the same time, now that i havent had it i feel less sharp than before i started it...

Does taking new mood at night interfere with the effect of vivid dreams you mentioned with alpha brain?

I find alpha brain is like many supplements available on the market in the sense where you need to eventually taper off so your body doesn't rely on heavy dosages to get by. After 3 months I started to take my regular dosage of 1 in the morning 1 at night and I noticed it didn't have the same effect, so i took a week off of it, I didn't feel terrible or like crap but I wasn't as talkative as I usually am with Alpha brain. I went back on to my regular dosage of 2 a day and it worked even better!
